The BC Bargaining database was created through the efforts of the Ministry of Labour and Citizens’ Services, the British Columbia
Labour Relations Board, the Business Council of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Federation of Labour.
The objective of this website is to provide up-to-date statistical information about collective bargaining developments
in British Columbia in an impartial manner. Moreover, it allows the parties to use
this neutral information to inform and facilitate in the bargaining process.
